Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

We ship domestic retail orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been sent. Shipping cost is calculated based on parcel weight and recipient address. We do not currently ship outside of the United States. 

RETURNS

We accept returned items in exchange for store credit. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To complete your return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be in contact within 2 business days. We require that your item be returned within 14 days of receiving your inquiry. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any taxes or fees that incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your return is not accepted, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
